How do I setup Single-Sign-On with Red Marker?

To learn how to set up Single Sign On, please visit our API Documents page on User Federation / SSO.

The two options for setting up SSO are Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) or OpenID Connect (OIDC) login.

The key steps for SAML are:

  1. Review the API documents page above to update the Service Provider (SP) details based upon your desired region of operation and authentication mechanism. This will configure your IdP for SSO.

  2. Share the updated IdP Metadata.xml file with us.

  3. We will complete the set up from there.

The key steps for OIDC are:

  1. Provide Grant Type, Scope, and Redirect URL details found here to your IT team.

  2. Provide Red Marker with your Client ID, Client Secret, and Issuer URL.

  3. We will complete the set up from there.
