Whitelisting

Wildcard Domains

If your organisation blocks some domains, you may need to allow certain URL's to ensure it can be accessed by users.

If you can whitelist a wildcard, the following domains should be allowed:

United States

Australia

  • *.redmarker.ai

Europe/Africa

  • *.redmarker.ai

Allowed Domains
If your organisation is unable to whitelist a wildcard, the following domains should be allowed:

United States

Australia

Europe/Africa

Note on PDFTron:
We use websocket traffic from the pdftron subdomain. If you use web filtering or a security device which may interfere with this network traffic, you need to ensure that websocket traffic is allowed.

If you have questions about these domains or need further assistance, please reach out to your Client Success Manager or email support@redmarker.ai.
