Red Marker Compatibility, Recommendations and Limits

A guide to ensure you have the best experience using Red Marker

Here are some guidelines to keep in mind when using Red Marker, to ensure you have the best experience:

  • Red Marker accepts PDF, Word, PowerPoint*, .jpg, .png and .eml files

  • All documents are converted to PDF on upload to Red Marker

  • When uploading a document to Red Marker, the file size limit is 50MB

  • When emailing-in to Red Marker, the file size limit is 20MB

  • A minimum screen resolution of 1440x990 is required

  • We recommend using Google Chrome as your browser

  • When working with the Annotated PDF, we recommend using Adobe Acrobat.

Tip:

*PowerPoint: Upload PPT documents <20MB, directly to app without converting to PDF and our system will convert to PDF in a more effective way.
