If you need to update your Red Marker password from within the Red Marker platform, please click "Reset Password" on the left side of the Documents page.
You will be redirected to a webpage that will prompt you to enter your email address (which is also your Red Marker username).
Add your email address and click "Reset my password".
Red Marker will then send you a separate email with a link to reset your password.
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot your password? on the login page to have a password reset email sent to you. You can also message us via the chat icon in the bottom right of this page to request a password reset.
