You can now review and refine your draft document and presentation content for legal and brand compliance while you work within PowerPoint and Word using the Red Marker Add-ins.
The benefits of using these Add-Ins are:
Easy to add - existing Red Marker users can access the Add-Ins through the Get Add-ins button in the Insert menu of Word or PowerPoint. Speak to your Office Administrator (typically your Corporate IT team) to ensure you have the permissions to add the Add-ins (sometimes it is disabled for security), and to find out whether to access them from:
Admin Managed (set by the Office Administrator); or
All your risk checks automatically included - all risk detection rules and configuration is carried across from the Red Marker App to the Powerpoint and Word Add-in automatically, so you can apply your custom risk detection rules to your content as you work on it and make necessary changes on the go.
Easy to use - simply hit ‘Review’ button to see any potential risks or issues with your content. Select comments and jump to the corresponding slide (PowerPoint) or phrase (Word).
Refine your content - make changes directly in PowerPoint or Word, then re-review to ensure you’ve addressed the risks in your document before sending for approval.
Send to the Red Marker App for Approval - once your content is ready for approval, you can send it to the Red Marker App for final approval.
Note: You must be an existing Red Marker customer to access the Add-ins.
