When using the Red Marker integration with your workflow tool, you will be able to access support via email or the Red Marker website.
To email support for assistance or to share feedback with Red Marker on rule performance, please email email@example.com. Please include the following:
Rule number if relevant
Attachment of the document you are reviewing/scanning (if your integration provides an annotated PDF, please download and include this)
Details or feedback you would like for us to address
Support is also available through the Red Marker Support website. To send us a message via intercom chat please visit support.redmarker.ai. On each page of the Red Marker website, the intercom icon will appear at the bottom right corner of the page.
Click the Icon to open the chat feature and click Send us a message to start a conversation
