I can't see the support chat bubble

Here's what you can do if you can't see our Intercom support bubble to contact Red Marker

The Red Marker Support Chat bubble should sit in the right hand corner of your Red Marker screen:

If you can't see it here, make sure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome to login to Red Marker.

If you are using the latest version of Google Chrome, and you can't see the chat bubble, then you should do is a hard refresh:

  • Windows users: hold down Ctrl and press F5 on your keyboard

  • Mac users: hold down Cmd + Shift and press R on your keyboard

It's important to remember that clicking the “Refresh” arrow is not a hard refresh.

If you are still unable to see the chat bubble, confirm if you are using a VPN? If so, please try disabling the VPN and logging into Red Marker to see if the chat bubble appears.

If you can't see the chat bubble, it's likely that the VPN is blocking it. Please add the domains in this article to your VPN trusted server list. You may need help from your IT team to do this.

Once these have been added, you should be able to see the chat button.

If you are not using a VPN, and you can't see the Intercom support bubble, can you please follow the below instructions to provide an error log by following these steps:

  1. Access the Console by pressing Ctrl-Shift-J

  2. Right click in the Console > 'Clear Console'

  3. Click on Default levels and make sure only Errors is selected

  4. Refresh the page to try and replicate the issue of the Intercom bubble not loading

  5. If you could then provide a screenshot of any errors you see (they'll be in red) and send them back to

This gives us the best chance of capturing the error that's occurring, allowing us to investigate further.
