What you should do if your Red Marker / Asana integration isn't working

If you're not sure you're using the Integration correctly, check out our step-by-step guide.

If you have attached a document to a task that has Yes RMR added, but you haven't received an annotated PDF version back yet, here's what you can do:

Check how long has it been since the document was attached

It can take up to 15 minutes for Asana to let Red Marker know there is an attached document, for Red Marker to download the document, review it and then attach the annotated PDF into the Asana task.

If it hasn't yet been that long, please wait and check again once 15 minutes has elapsed.

Check the Asana status page

Asana has a status page available to inform users of any outages they are experiencing which could affect the integration between Asana and Red Marker.

You can check the status page to understand if there is an outage which could be affecting your experience.

If you have waited more than 15 minutes and there are no Asana outages that could be affecting or have affected your experience, please contact Red Marker Support by emailing support@redmarker.ai or by using our Support Chat Button in the bottom right of this screen.
