The Annotated PDF is a PDF download that includes the Red Marker annotations and any additional annotations you add to a reviewed document.

You can share the Annotated PDF with colleagues and content creators to show them where amendments need to be made to address any compliance risks within a document.

You can access the Annotated PDF by navigating to ellipses menu in the top right hand corner of the Red Marker review page, and selecting 'Download Annotated Version' from the drop down menu.

This will automatically download it to your computer. For the best experience we recommend opening your downloads folder and opening the annotated PDF from there. We suggest using Adobe Acrobat Reader (which can be downloaded for free here.) to ensure you have full functionality of the Annotated PDF.
