If Red Marker isn't working as expected for you, it might be worth using our Compatibility Checker to ensure your system is compatible with Red Marker.


The internet browser you are using may affect your experience using Red Marker so it's important to make sure you're using a supported browser.

For the best experience using Red Marker, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome. If you do not have Chrome installed on your computer, or your version is out of date, you can download the latest version here.

Red Marker also supports the use of the latest version of Firefox (available here) and the latest version of Microsoft Edge (available here).

We do not recommend using Internet Explorer as your browser when using Red Marker.


You will need to have a minimum screen resolution of 1440x900.
