Red Marker will email you an annotated PDF via attachment. that has been sent to back to For the best experience, we recommend viewing your Red Marker reviewed document with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader can be downloaded for free here.

Red Marker reviewed documents will show your organisations specific, custom potential risk(s) as highlighted content (if potential risk is found according to your organisation).


When you hover over the highlighted content, the annotations/comments are visible. Red Marker recommends reviewing the document comments in list format. Comments lists are available by clicking th ‘Comment’ tab in the right hand menu (see below).


This will open up a list view pane on the right side of the document.

You can also use Adobe functionality to add your own comments.

If you click on the link in the email Red Marker sent with your annotated PDF, you will be able to open the document directly in the Red Marker App, where you will be able to add comments, review the material, and update the status of the document.
